Corrections

If something is wrong, help us put it right.

Send the article URL, the statement in question, and any supporting source to corrections@conversionhandbook.com. Explain whether the problem concerns a fact, source, calculation, example, or the way a recommendation is described.

How we handle a report

We review the reported issue against the underlying source and the article’s wording. If a correction is needed, we revise the affected material. For a substantive correction, we add a note explaining what changed and update the article’s modification date.

Minor spelling, formatting, and broken-link repairs may be made without a correction note when they do not change the substance. A difference of opinion about a method may call for a clarification rather than a factual correction.

Privacy in correspondence

We do not publish a correspondent’s personal information merely because they submitted a correction. Please send only the information needed to understand the issue. See our privacy notice.
